The full list of VertigoMe triggers

This is the reference list of every trigger VertigoMe starts you with. You do not need to read it in one go. Dip in when you want to look something up.

Each line shows:

  1. The name as it appears on your Manage Triggers screen.
  2. The direction: high (fires when a value goes above the line), low (fires when it drops below), or manual (you log it yourself).
  3. The default threshold, where there is one.

Automatic triggers are checked every hour as new data arrives. As well as the default number, VertigoMe also flags values that are far outside your own usual range once it has at least a week of your data.

There are 122 triggers in total. You may also see triggers you added yourself, and cycle triggers if you track your period.

How to change any of these

Tap the gear icon in the top-left, then Manage Items, then Triggers. Tap a trigger to open it: inside are the Prediction weight, the Auto-detect switch and, where it applies, the Fires above or Fires below number. Tap Save & Recalculate to apply your changes.

See also Adjusting how sensitive a trigger is and Turning off a trigger you do not think applies to you.

A note on the numbers

These defaults are starting points based on general guidance, not medical limits. Your body may need different numbers, and that is what the Triggers screen is for. If you have been given a salt or fluid target by your ENT or neurologist, follow their advice.
