Where you were can matter. A busy supermarket, a car or a boat, a bright office or a long flight can all play a part. Logging the place helps you and the app spot patterns over time.
Location is not one of the Quick Log cards. You record it as part of a spin.
In the full Log Spin guide
- Tap the Log tab, then Log Spin.
- Step through with Next. Every step can be skipped.
- The Where were you? step comes after Reliefs and before Activities.
- Your favourite places are shown first. Tap one or more, for example Home and Bedroom. A Selected box shows what you picked. Tap Remove on one to unpick it.
- Carry on to Review and tap Save spin log.
Adding a place to a saved spin
- Open the Journal tab.
- On the spin's card, tap + Add and choose Location.
If your place is not in the list
On the Where were you? step, tap Manage → next to the list. Add a new place, for example "Train" or "Ferry". It now appears in the list. You can also manage places from the gear icon, Manage Items, Locations.
Where the app gets your city
This is separate from the weather. If you allowed location, VertigoMe uses your city in the background to fetch weather and air pressure. It never asks for your exact address and does not fill in this step for you.
