On iPhone you cancel VertigoMe Premium in the iPhone Settings app, not inside VertigoMe.
Before you start
- You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. After that the app goes back to the free version.
- Your data is safe. Nothing you logged is deleted.
- The free trial needs no cancelling. It has no payment attached. These steps are only for a paid subscription.
Steps
- Open the grey Settings app on your iPhone. This is the phone's Settings, not the gear icon inside VertigoMe.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap VertigoMe. If it is not in the list, look under Expired or Inactive.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
- Tap Confirm.
The subscription now shows Expires on a date. Premium stays on until then.
To check it really cancelled
Go back to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → VertigoMe. If you see Expires, it is cancelled. If you still see Renews, repeat the steps.
VertigoMe is not in the list
- It is on a different Apple ID. Check which Apple ID is signed in at the top of Settings.
- It has already expired. Look under Expired.
- You are on the free trial or a promo code. These are not subscriptions and do not appear. They end on their own.
Changing your mind
Before the expiry date: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → VertigoMe → Resubscribe.
After the expiry date, subscribe again inside VertigoMe: gear icon → Profile → Upgrade.
Asking for a refund
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund past ones. Refunds on iPhone are decided by Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com in a web browser.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the VertigoMe charge.
- Choose Request a refund, pick a reason and submit.
If something looks wrong
- Still charged after cancelling. Check the charge date. If a new charge comes after the expiry date, email [email protected] with the date and amount.
- Cancelled by accident. Tap Resubscribe before the expiry date.
