This article lists what you get when you subscribe to VertigoMe Premium. The features are the same on iPhone and Android. Only the way you pay is different, which is covered in Subscribing to VertigoMe Premium.
What the Premium screen lists
These are the items on the VertigoMe Premium screen:
- Guided exercises. All six vestibular exercises (Epley, Semont, BBQ roll, Brandt-Daroff, balance and habituation) with your phone measuring the angles and coaching you by voice. Also the camera-coached gaze training and the eye recorder.
- AI chat assistant. Ask questions about your spins, triggers and treatments.
- Daily AI insights. A short personal insight from your latest data.
- 7-day spin forecast. Your risk for each of the next seven days, with what is driving each day.
- Trigger breakdown. The Active Triggers card that shows which signals pushed today's risk up.
- PDF report for your doctor. The Full Report on the Insights tab, built for ENT and neurology visits.
- Risk model tuning. Recalibration of your gauge thresholds and trigger weights to match your own pattern.
- Food Risk Analysis. Tyramine, histamine, gluten, alcohol and additive flags on your food.
Also included
- The full Insights tab: AI Recommendations, Accuracy, Pattern Analysis, Treatment Analysis, What Strengthens You, What Changed, Context Analysis and Impact Analysis.
- The full Journal history, with search and filters. Free shows the last 7 days.
- The Questionnaires on the Profile screen (DHI, VSS-SF and the hearing handicap score), with your scores over time.
- The history graphs and the 7-day weather forecast on the Monitor tab.
- Goals and Treatments on the Monitor tab.
- Sharing your diary with a practitioner under Community → Guidance.
- If you imported history from another app, a paid subscription lets you choose which parts of it count in your insights.
What does not change
Premium does not change how you log. You see the same Quick log strip, the same Log Spin steps and the same Journal entries. Your old entries are not touched.
How to start using Premium
If you are in your 14-day free trial, Premium is already on.
If your trial has ended, see Subscribing to VertigoMe Premium. You can also tap any locked feature and it takes you to the subscribe screen.
You can cancel at any time
If you subscribe and change your mind, cancel in the App Store or Play Store. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then the app goes back to the free version. Nothing is deleted.
