Under the risk gauge on Home is a row of seven small gauges, with the words 7-day outlook underneath. It shows today and the next six days, so you can plan around the week.
These steps are the same on iPhone and Android.
Where to find it
- Open Home.
- Look just under the big gauge, inside the same card.
- Each small gauge has a day under it: Today, then Mon, Tue and so on.
Looking at a different day
- Tap the day you want.
- The big gauge changes to that day's score and colour.
- The title changes from Risk today to something like Risk · Mon 12 May.
- The Top contributors card shows what is expected to drive that day.
To go back, tap Today.
What it can and cannot show
- It shows the expected score for today and each of the next six days.
- It does not look back. To see past days, tap the gauge to open Risk detail, then Risk history →.
How future days are worked out
Future days follow the same bucket idea. They count how your recent triggers and warning signs fade over the coming days, plus anything already expected, such as a predicted period if you track your cycle. They change as new data comes in, so treat them as a rough guide, not a promise.
Premium
The full 7-day outlook is part of Premium. On the free plan only today is filled in. Tapping a future day opens the subscription screen.
If future days look empty
- A new account may need a few days of logging first.
- Pull down on Home to refresh.
A red day ahead does not mean a spin is coming. It is a nudge to keep that day a little gentler if you can.
