Logged a spin twice, or by accident? You can remove it. It does not affect anything else.
Find the entry
- Open the Journal tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Find the spin. Check the date and time to be sure.
On the free plan the Journal shows your last 7 days.
Remove it
- Tap the three dots on the entry. A small menu opens with Edit and Delete.
- Tap Delete.
- A box asks Delete entry? and says "This action can't be undone."
- Tap Delete to confirm, or Cancel.
The entry disappears straight away.
What is removed
- The spin itself, with its timing, severity, symptoms and notes.
- The triggers, medicines, reliefs, prodromes, places and activities you logged as part of that spin.
Things the app recorded on its own, such as weather or sleep, stay in your record. They are just no longer linked to that spin.
Your lists in Manage Items are not changed. If "Poor sleep" is in your trigger list, it stays there.
On iPhone, if Apple Health is connected, the Dizziness entry VertigoMe wrote for that spin is removed from Apple Health too.
Can I undo it?
No. If you deleted something by mistake, log it again: open the Log tab, tap Log Spin, set the date and time on the Timing step, and fill in what you remember.
Only a detail wrong?
Edit instead of deleting:
- Tap the three dots on the entry, then Edit.
- Change what you need.
- Tap Update spin log on the last step.
Your charts on the Insights tab update to match.
