The eye recorder lets you film your eyes during a spin so your ENT or neurologist can see any eye movements. These videos are handled differently from the rest of your data.
They stay on your phone
- Eye recordings are saved only on the phone you recorded them on.
- They are not uploaded to your VertigoMe account.
- They are not added to your phone's photo library.
This keeps a very personal video under your control.
Sharing one with your clinician
Open the spin the recording belongs to and tap the share icon next to the clip. Send it by email or message, or save it to your files.
What this means for you
- New phone: recordings do not move across with your account. Share or save the ones you want to keep before you switch.
- Second phone: recordings made on one phone do not show on the other.
- Deleting the app removes the recordings with it.
- Deleting your account does not remove them from the phone. Delete the app as well.
- The Full Report PDF does not include them.
