Choosing what VertigoMe collects and what Monitor shows

The Monitor tab shows your health data in cards: Risk, Nutrition, Environment, Physical Health, Sleep, Cognitive and Menstruation. You decide what is collected, and which cards are shown and in what order.

These steps are the same on iPhone and Android.

Choosing what is collected

  1. Tap the gear icon in the top-left of the screen.
  2. Tap Data and Notifications.
  3. You will see a summary at the top, a search box, the Notifications card and a few other cards, then one card per data category: Sleep, Physical Health, Cognitive, Environment, Nutrition and Menstruation.

Each row in a category card (for example Sleep stages or HRV) has its own switch. Turn a switch off to stop collecting that metric. Turn it on again to start collecting.

Turning a metric off only stops new data. What was already collected stays safe.

Some rows need a phone permission, such as the microphone for noise sampling or location for weather. The row asks for it when you switch it on. Rows that need a wearable stay greyed out until one is connected under Connections. Weather rows need Location to be on.

The search box at the top narrows the list. Type a word like "sleep" or "pressure".

Hiding and reordering Monitor cards

  1. Tap the Monitor tab.
  2. Tap Configure Monitor at the top ("Show, hide, and reorder cards").
  3. On Customize Monitor, use the switch on a card to hide or show it, and the arrows to move it up or down.
  4. Tap Done.

The Menstruation card only appears when the Menstruation switch in Data and Notifications is on.

If a card you want is missing

  1. Check the metric switches for that category are on.
  2. If the metric needs a wearable, check it is connected under Connections.
  3. Check the card is not hidden under Configure Monitor.
  4. Pull down on the Monitor tab to refresh.
