Using the watch complications on Apple Watch

A complication is a small extra on your watch face, next to the time. VertigoMe has two:

This article is for Apple Watch. On Garmin, your risk shows on the home screen of the VertigoMe Garmin app.

What the Spin risk complication shows

Depending on the slot, you see a small half-circle gauge that fills as your risk rises, with the risk word underneath: Negligible, Low, Mild or High. The wider rectangular slot also shows your risk score, and the one-line slot reads like Spin risk 3.4 · Mild. The word is coloured: green for Low, amber for Mild, red for High.

Tap the complication to open VertigoMe on your watch.

The risk complication refreshes about every 30 minutes. For a fresh number, tap it to open the app.
