You can use VertigoMe on more than one phone or tablet. Your data is kept in your account, so both show the same diary.
Setting up the second device
- Install VertigoMe from the App Store or Play Store.
- Sign in the same way as on your main phone. Tap the same Apple, Google or Facebook button, or tap Continue with email and type the same email and password.
- Do not create a new account.
- On the Your health data screen, tick the box and tap Continue.
Do not create a second account
A new account starts empty and does not talk to your first one. If this has happened, email [email protected] and we will help.
What is shared between devices
- Every spin and logged entry.
- Your lists, settings and risk history.
- WHOOP, Oura, Polar and Garmin, which are linked to your account.
What stays on each device
- Apple Health and Health Connect. Their permissions live on the device. Connect them on each phone from the gear icon → Connections if you want both feeding data. One is usually enough.
- Eye recordings, which are only on the phone that recorded them.
Checking which account you are in
Tap the gear icon → Profile. Your email is shown under your name.
Tips
- Log on whichever phone is nearest.
- Refresh the other phone by pulling down on the Home screen.
- Sign out before lending a phone: gear icon → Logout.
To stop using one device, sign out or delete the app there. Your account and the other device carry on as normal.
