It learns you
round after round

your model, your severities, checked against your own data

A vertigo app that treats everyone the same is a diary with a coat of paint. VertigoMe builds a model from your answers on day one, keeps the values where you can see and edit them, and re-reads your spin history to propose changes when something has shifted. Nothing changes until you say so.

Personal from day oneSetup asks about your spins: how often, how long, which subtypes, warning signs, sleep, diet, weather, stress and what you already suspect. From those the app suggests a model, and every trigger gets a severity you decide: High, Mild, Low or None.
Tell it your storyTap the mic and talk, or type. The app fills in what you tell it directly and suggests what else is worth tracking, and you adjust it all on the next pages.
RecalibrationThe app re-reads your spin history, medication log, prodromes and gauge accuracy and suggests changes when something has shifted. Each proposal shows the old and new value and the reason. Accept all, reject all, or pick one by one. Nothing applies until you approve it.
Accuracy you can seeHow well the risk zones lined up with your logged spins, once there are at least seven days of gauge data, so you know whether to trust a high day.
You stay in chargeManage Triggers and Risk Model hold the values the app runs on: severities, zone thresholds and decay curves. Edit them any time, or redo setup from Profile.
Nothing inventedEverything is measured against your own history. If a round has nothing to suggest, it says so and leaves your settings alone.

Personal from day one

Setup is a short set of questions about your spins: how often, how long, how long you have had vertigo, which subtypes you have been diagnosed with or suspect, warning signs, sleep, diet, weather, exercise, hormones, stress and screen time, and anything else. You can start by telling your story out loud and let the app pull the answers out. From those it suggests a model, and every trigger gets a severity you decide: High, Mild, Low or None. Or skip all of it, log your spins, and let the app propose your profile later.

Recalibration

The app re-reads your spin history, medication log, prodromes and risk-gauge accuracy and prepares suggestions when something has shifted. Each proposal shows what it was and what it would become, with the reason, and a severity guard stops a single round from moving anything too far. Accept all, reject all, or pick through them. If there is not enough data to say anything, the round says so and changes nothing. Rounds are spaced out so the effect of one set of changes can be measured before the next.

Accuracy you can see, control you keep

The Accuracy card compares each day's risk zone with whether a spin happened, once you have at least seven days of gauge data. Risk Model holds the zone thresholds and the decay curves; Manage Triggers holds the severities. You can edit all of it, reset to defaults, or walk through setup again from Profile with your data left untouched.

Questions

Will it keep changing my settings?

No. It proposes, you decide. Nothing changes until you accept a proposal, and a round with nothing to say produces no proposals at all.

What does recalibration look at?

Your spin history, your medication log, your prodromes and how accurate the gauge has been, compared with the severities, thresholds and decay curves you are running on.

Can I start over?

Yes. Redo Onboarding in Profile walks you through setup again and leaves your logged data untouched.
