VertigoMe is a personal health tracking application designed to help users log spins, symptoms, treatments, and related health data. It is operated by Jordy Verwerft ("we", "our", "us").
You must be at least 16 years old to use VertigoMe. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the app on behalf of a minor, you take full responsibility for their use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to ban users who repeatedly violate them.
You retain full ownership of the health data you enter into VertigoMe. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the app's features to you.

VertigoMe offers a premium subscription (VertigoMe Pro) that unlocks additional features including AI-powered daily insights, advanced analytics, 7-day risk forecasting, PDF reports, and more.

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the point of purchase.
iOS (App Store): Subscriptions are managed through Apple and are subject to Apple's billing terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy.
Android (Google Play): Subscriptions are managed through Google Play and are subject to Google's billing terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings.
VertigoMe integrates with third-party services such as WHOOP, Garmin, Google Health Connect, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by third-party services.
All content, design, code, and branding within VertigoMe is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VertigoMe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health decisions made based on app data or insights.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You may stop using VertigoMe at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use of VertigoMe after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
