We would love to hear your ideas. If you have ever thought I wish VertigoMe could do this, please tell us. Someone else has probably thought the same, and your message helps us see what matters most.
Where to send your idea
Write to [email protected] and put the word Suggestion somewhere in the message.
You do not need to be technical. I wish the app would remind me to do my balance exercises after lunch is a perfectly good suggestion.
What to include
If you can, tell us:
- What you would like the app to do. A sentence or two is enough.
- Why it would help you. This is often the most useful part. My spins come at night and I cannot read small text then tells us a lot.
- When you would use it. For example, On the bus to work, or When my ears start to feel full.
How we decide what to build
We get many suggestions and cannot build everything. Roughly, we look at:
- How many people ask for it.
- How much it would help the people who ask.
- How hard it is to build.
- Whether it fits the app. VertigoMe is meant to be calm, clear and easy on the eyes during a bad day.
Things we are unlikely to add
- Adverts in the app.
- Anything that puts your data at risk. Your health information is yours.
- Diagnosis or medical advice. VertigoMe is a tracking tool. Diagnosis belongs with your ENT, neurologist or GP.
A simple template you can copy
Hello VertigoMe team, I have an idea for the app. What I would like: say what you would like the app to do. Why it would help me: say how it would make your life easier. Thank you, and your name.
Thank you
Every idea helps us understand what people living with vertigo and dizziness need. Even ideas we do not build often lead to ones we do.
