When VertigoMe suggests a recalibration

You do not have to ask for a recalibration. VertigoMe tells you when it has something to suggest, with a notification and a banner on the Home screen. You can leave them for as long as you like.

These steps are the same on iPhone and Android.

What the banner looks like

On the Home screen, near the top, a card says VertigoMe has suggestions for you. Underneath it says that, based on your recent data, there are some recommendations to improve your setup.

If you do not see the banner, there is nothing new to review.

When does it appear?

If you have Premium or are in your free trial, VertigoMe runs its check once a week, on Monday morning. It only prepares suggestions when your data has really shifted, so a check does not always lead to a banner.

How you are told

  1. When the weekly check finds something, you get a notification: Your weekly check-in found something.
  2. The banner stays on the Home screen until you review the suggestions.
  3. If you have not reviewed them after a couple of days, a reminder may follow on a Thursday: Suggestions waiting for you.

Getting a fresh check sooner

There is no button to run the weekly check early. If you change your setup answers (gear icon, Profile, then What this is based on and the edit button on a section), VertigoMe re-checks your profile straight away and opens the review if it has suggestions.

If the review screen looks empty

  1. Close the screen and tap the banner again.
  2. Close VertigoMe fully and open it again.
  3. If it says No learning this week, there was not enough data after all. Tap Got it and carry on logging.
