When VertigoMe has suggestions, you decide what happens. Every suggestion is shown in plain words. Keep the ones that look right and drop the ones that do not. Nothing changes without your tap.
These steps are the same on iPhone and Android.
Opening the review screen
- On the Home screen, tap the VertigoMe has suggestions for you banner. You can also tap the notification.
- The Your recalibration screen opens, with the line "Tick what you want to keep, then apply."
What you will see
At the top is a What we found card. It has a chip for each thing the app noticed. Tap one to read it.
Below that, under Tick what to keep, the suggestions are grouped. Each group only appears when it has something in it:
- Updated clinical profile
- Your answers
- Profile updates
- Trigger adjustments
- Prodrome adjustments
- Medicine favorites, Relief favorites, Symptom favorites, Activity favorites and Missed activity favorites
- Gauge thresholds
- Decay curves
- Data warnings
- New goals
Each row shows the item and, where it makes sense, the old value next to the new one.
Choosing one by one
Every suggestion starts ticked. Tap the box on a row to untick it, and tap again to tick it. Ticked means keep. Empty means reject.
Choosing all at once
At the top, tap Accept all to tick everything, or Reject all to untick everything.
The severity guard
If a suggestion would lower the severity of a trigger or prodrome, VertigoMe marks it. These changes are skipped when you apply, because the app never down-ranks a setting you have already taught it about.
Applying your choices
- Scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Apply 3 changes (the number matches what you ticked). If some will be skipped, that is shown next to it.
- Wait a few seconds.
- The Recalibration applied screen shows how many changes were accepted, rejected and applied.
- Tap Back to Home or Back to Insights.
Changing your mind later
- For gauge thresholds and decay curves: gear icon, Risk Model. Change the numbers or tap Reset Defaults.
- For triggers, prodromes, medicines, reliefs and the rest: gear icon, Manage Items.
If something goes wrong
If you see Could not apply, check your internet connection and tap the apply button again. If you see Calibration unavailable, tap Try again. Your existing settings are unchanged. If it keeps failing, write to [email protected].
