How to take a questionnaire

Each questionnaire is short and taken on its own. You can answer every question yourself, or let VertigoMe suggest answers from your data and then check them.

These steps are the same on iPhone and Android.

Starting a questionnaire

  1. Tap the gear icon in the top-left of the screen.
  2. Tap Profile, then Questionnaires.
  3. On the card of the questionnaire you want, tap Take it now (or Retake if you have taken it before).

You can also tap the card itself to open its own screen, then tap Take the questionnaire.

Answering

  1. Read the short line at the top. It tells you what time period to think about, usually the last month.
  2. For each question, tap the answer that fits best.
  3. A counter shows how many you have answered, for example 12 / 25 answered.
  4. When every question is answered, tap Save my answers.

If you missed some, a message tells you how many are left. Scroll up and answer them, then save again.

Tap Cancel to leave without saving.

Fill in from my data

At the top there is a Fill in from my data button. VertigoMe reads your setup answers, your spins, notes and check-ins and suggests answers it can support.

  1. Tap Fill in from my data. It shows Reading your data… for a moment.
  2. A message tells you how many answers were filled in.
  3. Suggested answers are marked with a star. Tap it to see Why we suggested this.
  4. Check every suggested answer. Change any that are wrong, and answer the rest yourself.
  5. Tap Save my answers.

If there is not enough to go on yet, it tells you to log a few spins first or answer by hand.

After saving

You go back to the previous screen, where your new score and band appear. Your questionnaire reminder, if you have one, counts from this new score.
