Each questionnaire you save is kept with its date, so you and your clinician can see the trend.
On the Questionnaires screen
Gear icon, Profile, Questionnaires. Each card shows your latest score out of the maximum, its band and the date.
On a questionnaire's own screen
Tap a card to open it. You will see:
- A short explanation of the questionnaire.
- Your latest score, its band, and how it compares with the time before, for example "Down 8 points since" the date of your previous score.
- The sub-scores, such as Physical, Emotional and Functional for the DHI.
- What the bands mean, for example "0-30 mild · 31-60 moderate · 61-100 severe".
- All scores: every score you have saved, with a bar and the change from the previous one. A fall is shown in green, a rise in red.
In the Full Report and the PDF
Your questionnaire scores also appear in the Full Report:
- Tap the Insights tab.
- Tap Full Report.
Each questionnaire you have taken gets its own section with your latest score, its band, the sub-scores and the trend. The same pages are in the PDF you can download from the report and share with your ENT, neurologist, audiologist or physiotherapist. The report is part of Premium.
Deleting a score
If you saved a score by mistake:
- Open the questionnaire's own screen.
- Under All scores, press and hold the row you want to remove.
- Tap Delete in the box that asks Delete this score? This cannot be undone.
Bringing in older scores
If you have scores from a clinic or another app, you may be able to bring them in with Import history in the gear menu. Imported scores carry only the total, so they have no sub-scores.
A reminder
A score is a snapshot of how you are doing, not a diagnosis. Always discuss changes with your clinician.
