Your VertigoMe data is private to your account. The simplest way to keep a partner, family member or carer in the loop is to send them the PDF from the Full Report. If the person is a healthcare practitioner, there is a richer way: see "Sharing your data with your practitioner".
Why a PDF works well
- You decide each time what to send and when.
- They can keep it on their own phone or print it.
- Everything is in one place, as it was on the day you made it.
Sending the PDF
- Tap the Insights tab and then Full Report (Premium).
- Pick a Time Range and tap Generate Report.
- Tap Download Report.
- When the share sheet opens, choose how to send it.
On iPhone you can use Mail, Messages or AirDrop. On Android you can use your email app, a messaging app or Quick Share.
How often
There is no rule. Before a doctor's appointment is the most useful moment. After a hard week can help someone understand what you have been through.
What the PDF does not include
- Anything you log after making it.
- Your live risk gauge, which only lives in the app.
To show them the latest, make a fresh PDF.
If someone helps you log
During a spin it can be hard to look at a screen. It is fine to hand your phone to someone you trust and let them log for you, then take it back. Do not share your password.
Privacy
Once you send a PDF, it is in the other person's hands. Send it to people you trust.
