Some apps give you points, badges or levels for using them. VertigoMe does not, on purpose. You should never feel you have to log a spin to "keep a streak". Logging is there so the app can find patterns for you.
What VertigoMe does not have
- Points, coins or levels.
- Badges or achievements to unlock.
- Streaks that punish you for missing a day.
- Leaderboards or rankings against other people.
You can skip a day, a week or a month and come back. Nothing is lost.
What you will see
- Your spin count for the week and month, on the Spins card.
- Days spin-free, a positive count that only appears once you reach two days or more, with your longest run this year. A spin day never shows a zero.
- Free days this month.
- Your patterns and risk, in Insights and on Home.
These are there to help you understand yourself, not scores to chase.
Community numbers
Posts show how many people tapped the heart (a "me too") and how many replied. They help you find active conversations. They are not points.
Why
Living with vertigo is tiring enough. The point of VertigoMe is to learn quietly from what you log, not to give you something else to feel guilty about. Log when you can, skip when you cannot.
