When the classifier sees an event that clearly looks like a trigger but is not yet in your trigger list, it adds that trigger to your list so it shows up in pickers and on graphs, and logs it for that day. A "Pitch deadline" might become a stress trigger, for example.
Because it is new, VertigoMe starts it at Low strength so your risk score can use it straight away. On the evening check-in's From your calendar page, the row carries a small verify tag and asks How strong is this trigger for you? Tap None, Low, Mild or High to set your own value. Your risk score is recalculated with your answer.
I want to change the strength later
- Tap the gear icon in the top-left, then Manage Items, then Triggers.
- Find the trigger and tap it.
- Change its Prediction value.
That value tells the risk score how much weight to give the trigger when it appears.
I do not want this trigger at all
- Tap Undo on its row on the From your calendar page. The entry is removed, but the title may be suggested again another time.
- Tap Never suggest again. The entry is removed and the title is not suggested again. You can reverse this under Manage Items, Calendar opt-outs.
- Or open Manage Items, Triggers and delete the trigger from your list.
